We invite you to compare our rates to area hotel rates.  You’ve found an excellent opportunity for savings by choosing to stay at Sunny Pointe and a fabulous alternative to staying in a hotel room.  At Sunny Pointe you will not only save dollars but you will have an entire house surrounded by beautiful farmland all to yourself. 

Rates are based on amount of bedrooms needed.  Included in the quote is the use of the bedroom(s) reserved and use of the entire farmhouse, billiard room and all the relaxation you’ve ever imagined.  

Rates quoted are per night for single or double occupancy and include guestroom (s) and use of entire farmhouse-limit 2 guests per room. $15 extra charge for additional person in room with youth bed.  Stays of three nights, or more will be given a $10 per night discount.

Bridal Showers & Baby Showers: 

Use of the common areas of the house for events such as bridal showers and baby showers:  4 hours for $50.00 ($10.00 per hour for each additional hour.)

A tour to a beautiful, local winery can be arranged.

To further your stress relief, on-site massages may be arranged, pending availability of masseuse.
